Return and Exchange Policy
At Cigar Port, we stand behind the quality of our products and will never ship a product we believe to be inferior. If you for some reason receive the wrong product, or if a product that is defective or damaged, please e-mail us at info@cigarport.ca with your name and order number within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
If it is determined (at our sole discretion) that the issue is due to circumstances under our control, we will provide you with instructions for the return of the product. Once we have received and inspected the product, and confirmed the problem, we will issue a refund for the unused product returned to us plus the cost return shipping.
Refunds will be based on undamaged product returned in original packaging and with original invoice. Refunds will not be issued for any product that has been used, or damaged due to the purchaser’s actions after the product was delivered. Cigar Port will send you a pre-paid Canada Post return label either by mail or email. Please affix this return label to your package, then drop the package in a Canada Post mailbox or take the package to your local Canada Post outlet. We will notify you when the return has been received and processed. If a return is sent through any other means, shipping costs will not be refunded, under most circumstances.
Orders placed through the Website or over the phone may be cancelled/changed by you as long as the package has not left our facilities. In some cases, the package will physically leave the building in as little as one hour, and in other cases it may be 24 hours after placing the order. Cancellations of orders must be made with business hours 9:00 to 5:00 Eastern Time by email to info@cigarport.ca. Cancellations/changes reported after 24 hours may not be honoured.
All of our packages are shipped through Canada Post. In the event that a package goes missing, please contact us at info@cigarport.ca and we will do our best to rectify the situation with Canada Post, and we will launch an investigation. Any credits for lost or missing packages will be managed on a case-by-case basis and Cigar Port reserves the right to refuse to provide a credit in the case that a package is lost or stolen.
