What to expect when you shop Cigar Port online.
Highlights:
- You can buy up and unlimited number of boxes at a time, where product is available. We do not sell individual cigars.
- You can search by origin (Nicaraguan, Cuban or non-Cuban), brand name, product name, size and weight.
- You do not require an account, but billing and delivery information will be required to complete an order.
- You will have an option to view all pricing in the currency of your country of origin; however, payment will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- You will be notified by email of your order submission, receipt of your order and when your item has shipped. You can track your order shipment using Canada Posts services.
Choosing Products
Our Search feature will allow you to view origin (Nicaraguan, Cuban or non-Cuban), brand name, product name, size and weight. As you shop, our system will track what you put in your cart.
Buying Products
No account is required to make purchases, although your billing and delivery information is required to ship your order. You will also be asked to verify that you are at least 19 years of age in Canada and 18 years of age in the United States to confirm your purchase.
Paying for Products
We currently accept [VISA, Mastercard and American Express, VISA Debit, Debit MasterCard, and pre-paid credit cards].
When making a Purchase via the Website, payment must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD). All card transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway (Moneris). All credit card Purchases are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment to us for a particular purchase, we will not accept your order.
Please note that any payments by credit card will appear on your statement as Bear Paw Tobacco.
Shipping Options
We offer standard delivery via Canada Post. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout. Currently, orders can be expected within [10-14] business days. You can track your order shipment using Canada Post’s online services: https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/en#/home.
We ship all orders in vacuum-sealed boxes to ensure the utmost freshness.
Receiving Your Order
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the Canada Post agent will leave a notice with the location where your package can be picked up.
